Interfaith Ministries Selling Guidelines and Process
At Interfaith Ministries, we strive to make the selling process straightforward and transparent. Here are our guidelines and process for selling your items to us:
1. Payment Method:
- We pay by check only or store credit. If you choose store credit, it will be higher than the payout amount.
2. Offer Process:
- We require the seller to call us and make an appointment. Once you are here give us at least a couple of hours to assess and make an offer for your items.
- You can choose to receive our offer either by text or phone call. Please indicate your preference on the provided form.
3. Offer Acceptance:
- If you refuse our offer, you will have 24 hours to retrieve your items. If not retrieved within this time frame, the items will be donated.
4. Items We Accept:
- We also buy outright women's high-end designer pieces, such as handbags from coveted designers.
5. Quantity Limits:
- For high-end designer items, you may bring a maximum of 20 items.
6. Condition of Items:
- Items must be brought in clean and folded, and be less than three years old. Anything older will not be considered for purchase.
- Items brought in trash bags will not be accepted for purchase.
- Designer purses will receive a better value if receipts can be provided.
7. Purchase Policy:
- We buy items outright, offering a third to half of our intended selling price.
- We do not consign clothes, shoes. The only items we consign are furniture pieces.
8. Appointment Scheduling:
Please call 850-934-1688 to make an appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Appointments for buying outright will only be made for Fridays.
By following these guidelines, we aim to create a seamless and efficient experience for our sellers while maintaining clarity and consistency in our processes. Thank you for choosing to sell your items with Interfaith Ministries.

Organizing Your Items for Sale:
To make the selling process smoother, we recommend organizing your items into three categories:
Resale Bin:
These items should be in the best condition: no stains, tears, or significant wear.
Items should be current and in like-new or excellent to good used condition.
These are items you would consider buying second-hand because they are still in great condition.
Donate Box:
These items have some life left but may have minor issues such as fading, small stains, or missing pieces.
These are items you wouldn't expect to pay more than a dollar or two for.
Trash or Recycling Box:
These items are considered "tired" and are no longer suitable for sale or donation.
Items in this category may be stained, worn, threadbare, faded, or broken, with holes or significant damage.
No one would want to be given these items, let alone pay for them.
By following these guidelines, you help us ensure a more efficient and pleasant experience for everyone involved. Thank you for choosing Interfaith Ministries to sell your items.
